Terms for playing and sharing responsibly.

These Terms of Use apply when you access onemorearcade.com, play the Three-Second Challenge, or use a score card or challenge link created by the site.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using One More Arcade, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms may be revised as the site adds games, features, or providers. The effective date above identifies the current version.

2. Personal entertainment

One More Arcade provides browser games for personal, casual entertainment. The Three-Second Challenge is not a scientific timing instrument, gambling service, prize competition, professional assessment, or promise of a particular result. No payment, wager, or purchase is required to play the current game.

Scores can vary because of browser scheduling, processor load, display refresh, network-independent device behavior, accessibility tools, and the input method used. A score displayed by the game describes that browser session and should not be relied on for safety, health, employment, education, or other high-stakes decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site only lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or others. You may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, hosting, or another person's device or account;
  • introduce malware, destructive code, or traffic intended to overload or disrupt the service;
  • scrape, automate, or simulate interactions in a way that interferes with the game, advertising systems, or normal visitors;
  • click, refresh, or generate advertising activity artificially, or ask another person or automated system to do so;
  • misrepresent a score card or challenge link as an official competition result, guaranteed measurement, endorsement, or prize;
  • remove ownership notices or use site assets in a misleading, unlawful, or infringing way.

Reasonable browser testing, accessibility technology, search-engine crawling, link previews, and ordinary sharing are not prohibited when they respect applicable rules and do not generate artificial ad interactions.

4. Challenge links and score cards

You may share challenge links and score-card images created through the game for personal, non-deceptive use. You are responsible for an optional name or other text you choose to place on a card and for where you publish it. Do not use another person's name without permission or add unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

A recipient can read the elapsed time contained in a challenge URL. Do not treat challenge links as private or include them where the score itself is confidential. One More Arcade does not control copies saved to a device or posts made through third-party services.

5. Site content and ownership

The original game code, visual identity, illustrations, interface, written guides, and site copy are owned by or licensed to One More Arcade and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms allow you to use the site and share game-generated cards; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying game or brand.

Names, logos, and services belonging to Google, Vercel, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, browser vendors, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party service describes compatibility and does not imply sponsorship.

6. Third-party services and advertising

The site may use hosting, security, advertising, consent-management, and sharing services provided by third parties. A link or sharing action may take you to a service governed by separate terms and privacy practices. One More Arcade does not control third-party content, availability, accounts, or transactions.

Advertising does not change game scoring and is not an instruction to click. Never click an advertisement to support the site or to test whether it works. If an ad appears misleading, unsafe, or too close to a game control, report the page and device through the contact page without clicking the ad.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, repair, remove, or replace a game or site feature. The site may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security work, browser changes, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of local scores, compatibility with every device, or continued support for every sharing service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, exact timing accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from every error. You are responsible for using an appropriate device, browser, connection, and security settings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, One More Arcade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the site, loss of locally stored scores, third-party services, or reliance on a game result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
