Use a subject that identifies the topic, such as “Game bug,” “Accessibility,” “Privacy request,” or “Advertising issue.” A focused subject and a short set of reproduction steps make the report easier to investigate.
Game and site bugs
For a technical problem, include:
- the page address where the problem occurred;
- your browser and approximate version;
- the device type and operating system;
- whether you used touch, mouse, trackpad, or keyboard;
- what you expected, what happened, and steps that reproduce it;
- a screenshot only if it does not expose private information.
Timing can feel different across devices, so a score being a few milliseconds different is not necessarily a bug. Reports are especially useful when a control fails, the timer does not stop, a page is clipped, or the same unexpected behavior repeats.
Accessibility feedback
If keyboard focus, a label, color contrast, motion, sound, screen-reader output, zoom, or touch-target size prevents you from playing or reading the site, describe the assistive technology and browser involved. You do not need to disclose a disability. Explain the barrier and the task you were trying to complete.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and review the Privacy Policy. The current game has no user account and stores play statistics locally in the browser, so include the relevant page, approximate date, provider, or advertising interaction rather than an account name that does not exist.
Do not send identity documents in an initial email. If additional verification is legally necessary, a suitable method can be discussed after the request is understood.
Advertising issues
Report an ad that overlaps the game, appears too close to Play, Stop, Retry, Share, or Download controls, imitates navigation, contains unsafe material, or prevents access to the page. Include the page, device, and screenshot if safe. Do not click the ad to discover its destination and do not repeatedly refresh the page to reproduce it.
