1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the website at onemorearcade.com, including the Three-Second Challenge, its help pages, and future pages that link to this policy. “One More Arcade,” “we,” and “our” refer to this independent browser-game site.
The game can be played without registration. We do not operate a user profile, public leaderboard, payment system, or newsletter on the current site. If those features are introduced later, this policy will be updated before they are used to collect information.
2. Information kept on your device
Three-Second Challenge uses browser local storage to remember the number of
rounds played, your smallest distance from the 3.00-second target, and your
current streak. The storage key is three:stats. This information
remains in that browser and is read when you return to the game.
An optional player name can be entered while preparing a share card. The name and score-card image are generated locally in your browser. One More Arcade does not upload the name or image to a site account. The information leaves your device only if you choose to save it or share it through another app or service.
You can remove local game statistics through your browser's controls for cookies and site data. Private-browsing modes and automatic cleanup settings may remove them when a session ends.
3. Technical and delivery data
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting and security providers, Vercel may process request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, response status, referral information, and timestamps. This data may be used for availability, security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics.
We do not currently run a separate first-party analytics product in the game code. Advertising services may still measure page and ad activity as described below.
4. Google AdSense, advertising, and cookies
One More Arcade uses or plans to use Google AdSense to display and measure advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet, subject to the visitor's region, settings, and consent choices.
Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services on its partner-sites information page. Visitors can manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings. Where other advertising vendors are enabled, their cookies and opt-out methods may also apply.
Advertising must remain distinguishable from game controls and site navigation. We do not ask visitors to click ads, provide rewards for ad interactions, or use ad clicks to change game results.
5. Consent and regional privacy choices
Where required, visitors must be shown a consent or privacy-choice message before advertising technologies use information for personalized ads. Google requires publishers serving personalized ads in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to use a Google-certified consent management platform. When advertising is enabled for those regions, One More Arcade will use the certified message configured through AdSense. The available choices can include consent, refusal, and management of advertising purposes and vendors.
Visitors in jurisdictions with opt-out rights may receive a region-specific privacy message or restricted-data-processing treatment. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect saved game statistics and some advertising features. Google's Ads Settings remain available for managing personalization associated with Google services.
If a regional privacy message is available, use its “Manage options” or privacy-choices control to review your selection. You can also visit My Ad Center to manage Google ad personalization.
7. Retention and deletion
Local game statistics remain until the browser removes them or you clear site data. A locally generated score card remains only where you save or share it. Challenge parameters remain in any link that you or another person keeps or republishes.
Hosting, security, consent, and advertising providers retain information under their own operational and legal schedules. A privacy request can be sent through the contact method below. Because the current game has no user account, please include the date, approximate time, page, and request details needed to understand the issue; do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
8. Children
One More Arcade is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. The game's optional name field is processed locally in the browser for a share-card preview; One More Arcade does not knowingly collect or transmit a child's name, email address, account, location, or payment information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the site, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the site adds a game, provider, account feature, analytics tool, or legal disclosure. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when a revision is published. Material changes will be explained on the site when appropriate.
